Abstract:
Disertační práce je zaměřena na problematiku akutní normovolemické hemodiluce u elektivních operací aneuryzmat břišní aorty. Jejím cílem bylo zavedení ANH v cévní chirurgii, posouzení hemodiluce jako metody krevní péče se zaměřením na hemodynamické důsledky.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the problem of acute normovolemic hemodilution (ANH)in elective operations for abdominal aortic aneurisms. The aim of the work was to establish especially to assess hemodynamic consequences of ANH in patients undergoing abdominal aortic aneurysms repairs.
