The aim of the work is a complex view on estate duty, analyses of estate duties in chosen regions of Slovakia. Cieľom práce je komplexné priblíženie daňovej úpravy dane z nehnuteľnosti. Analýza sadzieb dane z nehnuteľnosti podľa vybraných regiónov v SR. Na konkrétnej firme ukázať všetky potrebné úkony, ktoré treba urobiť podľa zákona a dani z nehnuteľnosti. Prácu som rozdelil do štyroch kapitol.
