Proper Names of Educational trails in the Hradec Králové Region and the Pardubice Region

Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá názvy naučných stezek v Královéhradeckém a v Pardubickém kraji. Cílem práce je analýza názvů naučných stezek na základě jejich motivace a způsobu tvoření. Názvy naučných stezek se v onomastice řadí do skupiny hodonym, která není v onomastice příliš prozkoumaná. Hlavní část práce tvoří abecední slovník názvů naučných stezek, který obsahuje 353 hesel. Pro 353 naučných stezek existuje 366 názvů, na které je v práci uplatněna metoda motivačních modelů. Metoda je upravena s ohledem na povahu zkoumaného materiálu. Práce se věnuje jazykové struktuře jmen a způsobu jejich tvoření. Také se zaměřuje na projevy marketingové propagace v názvech naučných stezek. Výsledkem práce je abecední seznam názvů naučných stezek s jejich motivačně-modelovými schématy a klasifikace názvů podle jazykové a marketingově-propagační motivace.

Abstract:

The master’s theses deals with the names of educational trails in the Hradec Králové Region and the Pardubice Region. The thesis aims to analyse the names of educational trails on the basis of their motivation and naming method. The educational trail names are classified as odonyms (hodonyms) and this area of onomastic has not been much explored. The main part of the thesis consists of an alphabetical dictionary of educational trails, which contains 353 entries. For the 353 nature trails there are 366 names to which the motivation models method is applied in the thesis. The method is adapted with the necessary modifications needed for the nature of the material. The paper focuses on the linguistic structure of the names and the naming method. It also focuses on the manifestations of marketing promotion in the names of educational trails. The thesis output is an index of the educational trails names with the motivation-model patterns and classification based on the type of linquistic and marketing-promotional motivation.
