Abstract:
Práce pojednává o institutu výjimečného trestu v České republice. Zabývá se jeho historií, vývojem a srovnáním se současnou právní úpravou. Zákonnými podmínkami pro uložení výjimečného trestu. V práci je uveden systém sankcí a účel trestání. Jednotlivé aspekty ukládání trestů a rozdíly mezi naší a Slovenskou právní úpravou.
Abstract:
Paper deals with the exceptional sentence Institute in the Czech Republic. It 's evolve throught history and comparation with valid law. It deals with conception and purpose of punishment and system of criminal sanctions. Individual aspects of punishments application and show differences in our legal systems.
