Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností využití nízkých lanových překážek v programu zaměřeném na děti a mládež. V první části jsou popsány nízké lanové překážky, jejich stavba, historie a struktura programu. V druhé části jsou shrnuty poznatky o zážitkové pedagogice. This bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of use of low rope exercises in a program for children and youth. The first chapter desribes the low rope exercises, their building, history and the structure of a low rope exercises program.
