Managerial culture as a system of governance and competitiveness resources
Abstract:
Bakalářské práce se zabývá firemní a manažerskou kulturou, jako systémem řízení a zdrojem konkurenceschopnosti firmy. Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza využití manažerské kultury v managementu zvolené firmy. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu manažerské a firemní kultury na systém řízení podniku a vyhodnocení vlivu na konkurenceschopnost podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with corporate and management culture as a system of governance and the source of competitiveness. The thesis contains an analysis of the use of management culture in the management of selected companies. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of management and corporate culture on enterprise management system and to evaluate the impact on business competitiveness.
