Coordination and Harmonization of Taxation of Spirituous Liquors in the European Union
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářská práce je koordinace a harmonizace zdanění lihovin v Evropské unii. Cílem této práce je popsat proces koordinace a harmonizace jak spotřební daně z lihu tak daně z přidané hodnoty.Cílem je taktéž vyjádřit se k aktuálním událostem, zejména metanolové aféře, která odhalila velikost černého trhu s lihovinamia jeho nebezpečí a tuto událost zařadit do kontextu práva EU.
Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate coordination and harmonization of taxation of spirituous liquors in the Europien Union. The main goal of this study is to describe the proces of coordination and harmonization of excise and value added tax.
