Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu úvěrového rizika ve stavební spořitelně. Zaměřuje se na metody jeho měření a jeho následnou eliminaci. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První dvě se věnují teorii stavebního spoření, úvěrovému riziku a metodám, které pomáhají riziku předcházet. Poslední kapitola se věnuje sestavení a vyhodnocení modelu kreditního ratingu klienta. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is devoted to credit risk in building society. It focuses on the methods of credit risk measurement and its subsequent elimination. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first two chaptes describe theory of building savings, credit risk and methods that helps to prevent risk. The last chapter focuses on compiling and evaluating the credit rating model.
