Hybrid Warfare

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována problematice konceptu hybridních válek. Charakteristice současného bezpečnostního prostředí a jeho dramatické změně za několik posledních let. Dále je v teoretické části vysvětlen historický vývoj válek a taktiky používané v hybridní válce. Jsou zde představeny bezpečnostní strategie největších geopolitických hráčů, kterak oni vidí a připravují se na budoucí konflikt. V neposlední řadě je pozornost věnována resilienci, jako základní schopnosti společnosti zotavit se z krize. Praktickou část této práce reprezentuje dotazníkové šetření se zaměřením na hodnocení současné bezpečnostní situace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the concept of hybrid wars. Characteristics of the current security environment and its dramatic change over the past few years. Furthermore, the theoretical part explains the historical development of wars and tactics used in hybrid war. There are presented security strategies of the biggest geopolitical players how they see and prepare for future conflict. Last but not least, attention is paid to resilience, as a fundamental ability of society to recover from the crisis. The practical part of this work is represented by a questionnaire survey focusing on the assessment of the current security situation.
