Anotácia:

Název práce: Rehabilitace po suturách flexorových šlach ruky Úvod do problematiky: Tématem této práce je rehabilitace ruky po poranění flexorových šlach. V současné době existuje mnoho protokolů, které vyzdvihují výsledky konkrétních postupů. Práce nastiňuje současný stav v dané problematice z hlediska anatomie, chirurgie a rehabilitace. Cíle a metody: Experimentální část porovnává rehabilitační protokoly časné a odložené rehabilitace z hlediska celkové délky rehabilitace, konečného rozsahu pohybu a z hlediska vlivu tenolýz na výsledný rozsah pohybu. Výsledky: Tato práce došla k závěru, že časná i odložená rehabilitace má pozitivní vliv při terapii poranění šlach ruky. Také byl zjištěn pozitivní efekt chirurgické tenolýzy v případě její nutnosti.

Abstract:

Title: Rehabilitation after surgery for flexor tendon injuries in the hand Introduction to problematics: The topic of this thesis is hand rehabilitation after flexor tendon injury. Currently, there are many protocols that highlight the results of specific procedures. This thesis outlines the current state of the issue in terms of anatomy, surgery and rehabilitation. Objectives and methods: The experimental part compares the rehabilitation protocols of early and delayed rehabilitation in terms of the total length of the rehabilitation and in terms of Total active motion. Part of the thesis examines the influence of tenolysis on the resulting range of motion. Results: This thesis concluded that both early and delayed rehabilitation approach has a positive effect on the treatment of hand tendon injuries. A positive effect of surgical tenolysis, in case of its necessity, was also found.
