Moral intelligence in the context of personality

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem morální inteligence. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí morální inteligence a vlastnostmi lidské osobnosti, které jsou pokládány za její jádro. Značnou pozornost věnuji také nejznámějším teoriím morálního vývoje. Ve výzkumné části se zabývám charakteristikami, které si lidé spojují s pojmem morální inteligence. Snažím se zjistit, zda korespondují s vlastnostmi, které uvedl autor teorie morální inteligence.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the theme of the moral intelligence. It is divided into the theoretical part and the research part. In the theoretical part I deal with the definition of moral intelligence and also with personality features which are taken for the base of it. I pay a big attention to the best known theories of moral developement too. In the research part of my thesis I deal with characteristics that people associate with the term of moral intelligence. I try to find out if they correspond with the features presented by the author of theory of moral intelligence.
