Specifics of nursing care in child with infectious mononucleosis

Abstract:

Tématem práce jsou specifika ošetřovatelské péče u dítěte s infekční mononukleózou. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry se shodují symptomy infekční mononukleózy se symptomy tonsilitis acuta. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se zmiňujeme o klinickém obrazu onemocnění, diagnostice, ošetřovatelské péči a léčbě. Empirická část zahrnuje výběr metodologie a samotný průzkum četnosti symptomů u každého onemocnění a porovnání, do jaké míry se shodují. Tato část práce je doplněna tabulkami a grafy, které znázorňují četnosti symptomů obou onemocnění. Na závěr práce jsme vložili škály pro měření intenzity bolesti u dětských pacientů.

Abstract:

Specifics of nursery work at a child with glandular fever are the topic of my work. The main aim of this work is to find out how similar the symptoms of infectious mononucleosis with the symptoms of the tonsilitis acuta are. Work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part we mention the clinical picture of this disease, diagnostics, nursery care and the medical treatment. Empirical part of the work includes the choice of methodology and the research of the frequency of symptoms of each disease itself and a comparison how similar they are. This part of the work is completed by the charts and the graphs of the frequency of the symptoms of both diseases. At the end of this work we inserted the ranges for measuring of intensity of this pain at children patients.
