Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat zkušenosti a úlohu sester v komunikaci s rodinou potenciálních dárců orgánů a zjistit, v jakém rozsahu se na ní podílejí. Způsob sdělení a přístup zdravotníků může ovlivnit nejen budoucí život rodiny. Vytvoření důvěrného vztahu mezi sestrou a rodinnými příslušníky může napomoci k získání orgánů mnoha nemocným pacientům. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the experience and role of nurses in communication with the family of potential organ donors and find out to what extend they are involved in it. The approach of the medical staff can influence not only the future life of the family. The formation of trustful relationship between the nurse and the relatives can help to obtain organs to many patients in need …more
