Cílem mé práce je zjistit, co oslabuje motivaci dobrovolníků při vykonávání této činnosti. V teoretické části práce objasňuji pojmy dobrovolnictví a dobrovolník, uvádím jejich charakteristické rysy, výhody a dělení. Dále seznamuji čtenáře s Centrem na podporu integrace cizinců, což je organizace, ve které jsem prováděla výzkumné šetření.
