Methods of Recruitment in the Selected Enterprise from the SME Category

Abstract:

Nedílnou součástí každého podniku je personální oddělení, které má za cíl selektovat uchazeče o zaměstnání a využívat jejich potenciál k rostoucímu výkonu organizace. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je věnovat se náborovému procesu konkrétní společnosti. V teoretické části popisuji moderní trendy náborového procesu zaměstnanců. Využívám zde poznatky předních autorů v oblasti personalistiky a sestavuji postup, kterým noví zaměstnanci do firmy přicházejí. V praktické části se potom věnuji analýze současného náborového procesu a identifikuji slabá místa celého systému. Následně pak na základě této analýzy implementuji nový způsob řešení náborového procesu s cílem snížit náklady na časovou osu a finanční stránku příjmu nových zaměstnanců. Na jedné straně dojde ke snížení nákladů a na druhé straně se zvýší efektivnost náborového procesu.

Abstract:

An integral part of every enterprise is the Personnel Department, which aims to select job seekers and exploit their potential for the good of the organization. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to deal with the recruitment process of a particular corporation. In the theoretical part, I describe modern trends in the recruitment process of employees. I utilize the knowledge of the leading authors in the field of human resources and define the procedure by which new recruits join the company. In the practical part I then analyze the current recruitment process and identify the weak points of the whole system. Then, on the basis of this analysis, I implement a new way of streamlining the recruitment process in order to reduce the costs of the timeline and the financial side of the recruitment of new employees. On the one hand, costs will be reduced and, on the other hand, the efficiency of the recruitment process will increase.
