Evolution and position of the Czech Chamber of Commerce

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje komorovému hnutí, jeho vzniku a evoluci od 17. století do dnešních dnů. Činnost komor je charakterizována na příkladu vývoje a současného postavení Hospodářské komory České republiky. Cílem práce je charakterizovat činnost a posoudit význam Hospodářské komory ČR jako nejdůležitějšího subjektu zastupujícího podnikatelskou veřejnost v ČR a představit Hospodářskou komoru ČR jako instituci, která je neodmyslitelnou součástí intermediárního systému, a ohodnotit její participaci na věcech veřejných.

Abstract:

The thesis covers the chamber movement, its emergence and evolution since the 17th century till today. The chambers activities are described on the example of the development and present position of the Czech Chamber of Commerce. The main purpose of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the importance of the Czech Chamber of Commerce as the most important representative of the entrepreneurial society in the Czech Republic and to introduce the Czech Chamber of Commerce as the institution that became and indispensable part of the intermediate system and to evaluate its participation in the public life.
