Diplomová práce se zabývá manažerskou komunikací a jejím významem pro výkon profese sestry. Teoretická část je úvodem do části výzkumné. The diploma thesis deals with managerial communication and its significance for the nurse´s profession. The theoretical part is an introduction to the research part.
