Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkami, zda je nutné ctít tradice a zachovat stávající právní úpravu otcovství, či zda by bylo žádoucí právní úpravu změnit tak, aby reflektovala společenské změny s ohledem na vzrůstající počet dětí narozených mimo manželství a vědecký pokrok v oblasti pozitivního určení otcovství na základě analýzy DNA. According to social changes and progress of science this thesis deals with questions whether in prepared recodification of Czech Civil Code, in which the family law shall be included, it is necessary to follow the traditional legal regulation of fatherhood or whether there are some desirable changes.
