Tato diplomová se práce se zaměřuje na zvláštní druhy podílů ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce představuje nejprve obecné korektivy a meze jejich tvorby, jako například dobré mravy, rovné zacházení se společníky nebo kogentní normy a následně se věnuje nejčastěji se vyskytujícím zvláštním druhům podílů. This diploma thesis focuses on special kinds of shares in a Limited Liability Company. The thesis firstly describes the general correctives and limits of their creation, such as good manners, equal treatment of shareholders or mandatory provisions and then focuses on the most commonly occurring types of special kinds of shares.
