Upcycling

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj multifunkčních interiérových produktů a doplňků, které jsou vytvořeny upcyklací polyesterových popruhů. Zaobírá se řešením problému vybavení malých bytů a místností a jejich úložného prostoru. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku cirkulární ekonomiky a upcyclingu. Zkoumá problematiku obytného prostoru a statistiky o lidech žijících vprostorově nevyhovujících podmínkách, nebo lidech, kteří se často stěhují. Ztěchto údajů se určuje cílová skupina, pro kterou je produkt určen. Text dále přibližuje materiály a technologie, které byly k realizaci produktů využity. Práce analyzuje trh a uvádí dostupné alternativy úložných prostor, na kterých jsou zjišťovány jejich nedostatky. Vpraktické části je při procesu navrhování snaha tyto nedostatky eliminovat. Tato část přibližuje cílovou skupinu, popisuje vývoj produktu, uvádí hledání technického řešení a přibližuje výrobní proces. Představuje sérii úložných prvků a jejich možná využití.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of multifunctional interior products, which are created by upcycling polyester straps. It deals with solving the problem of furnishing small apartments and rooms and their storage space. The theoretical part approaches the circular economy and upcycling. It examines the issue of living space and statistics about people living in spatially inadequate conditions or people who move frequently. The target group for which the product is intended is determined from this data. The text further describes the materials and technologies that were used to realize the products. The work analyzes the market and presents the available storage space alternatives, on which their shortcomings are identified. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis there is an effort to eliminate these shortcomings in the design process. This part introduces the target group, describes the product development, introduces the search for a technical solution and describes the production process. It presents a series of storage elements and their possible uses.
