Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje ucelený přehled o procesech vedoucích k přeměně zdravé buňky na buňku nádorovou. V první části jsou shrnuty základní procesy, kterými buňka musí během nádorové transformace projít. Zároveň se v této práci nachází stručné shrnutí základních typů tumorů. This bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the processes leading to the transformation of a cell into a tumor cell. The first part summarizes the basic processes that the cell must go through. At the same time, this work contains a brief summary of the basic types of tumors.
