Implementation of a system of technical management of buildings and property in a selected company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací systému správy budov a majetku ve vybraném podniku a dále také zhodnocení stavu před a po implementaci. V práci jsou shrnuty pojmy Facility managementu, zejména jeho historie, role facility manažera, technické normy a přínosy. Dále je práce věnována konkrétně vybranému podniku, ve kterém je vytvořen návrh implementace systému. Další dílčí částí je vybraný druhý podnik, kde je již systém Facility managementu zaveden. Zde je provedeno analýza zhodnocení stavu před a po implementaci. V závěru práce je provedena diskuze nad přínosem systému Facility managementu v obou vybraných podnicích.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the building and property management system in a selected company and also performs an assessment of the situation before and after implementation. The thesis summarizes the concepts of Facility Management, especially its history, the role of the Facility Manager, technical standards and benefits. Furthermore, the work is devoted specifically to the selected company, in which a proposal for the implementation of the system is created. The next part is the selected second company, where the Facility management system is already in place. Here is a proven analysis of the assessment of the state before and after implementation. At the end of the work there is a discussion about the benefit of Facility management system in both selected companies.
