Logistic supply chain in a concrete company

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis „Logistic supply chain in a concrete company“ is to analyze the supply processes in the gastronomic firm MAVA PLUS s.r.o., together with the design of solutions improving its current situation and position in the market. By the structural side, this thesis is divided into two interrelated areas. The first section presents the theoretical analysis and interpretation issues related with the supply processes, which represent a stable base and starting points of the practical part of this thesis. The second (practical) part is devoted to the analysis and supply processes prevailing in the selected gastronomic firm MAVA PLUS s.r.o. The integral part of this work is also drafting the set of measures that would lead to the more efficient and more flexible functioning of the supply process, while minimizing the cost burden on the firm.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca „Zásobovacia logistika konkrétneho podniku“ si s ohľadom na súčasný význam a dôležitosť zásobovacích procesov vo všeobecnosti kladie za cieľ ich náležitý rozbor a analýzu vo vzťahu k vybranej spoločnosti MAVA PLUS s.r.o.. Dôležitou súčasťou a cieľom tejto práce je tiež navrhnúť opatrenia, ktoré by prispeli k zlepšeniu súčasného stavu skúmanej spoločnosti a jej pozície na trhu. Štrukturálne je práca rozdelená do dvoch vzájomne prepojených oblastí. Prvú časť predstavuje teoretický rozbor a výklad otázok spojených so zásobovacími procesmi, ktoré predstavujú stabilnú základňu a východiskové body praktickej časti tejto práce. Druhá (praktická) časť je potom venovaná analýze zásobovacích procesov panujúcich v súčasnosti v gastronomickej spoločnosti MAVA PLUS s.r.o.. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou tejto práce je tiež identifikovať problematické oblasti a navrhnúť súbor opatrení, ktorých zavadenie by viedlo k efektívnejšiemu a pružnejšiemu fungovaniu zásobovacích procesov, súčasne pri minimalizácii nákladového zaťaženia spoločnosti.
