Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout a vyprojektovat moderní a funkční rodinný dům v nízkoenergetickém standardu, za pomoci systematického pozorování a analýz určitých skutečností týkajících se dané problematiky. Celý proces navrhování architektonicky zajímavých, funkčních a moderních domů, které splňují nízkoenergetický standard, je velice náročný. Záměrem zpracování této práce bylo navrhnout a konstrukčně vyřešit takový objekt. Nejdůležitější částí této bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení, ve které je detailně řešen nízkoenergetický a moderní rodinný dům, a to jak z hlediska konstrukčního a stavebně fyzikálního, tak z hlediska dispozičního. Na finálním vzhledu navrženého objektu se výrazně podílí prvky minimalismu a prvky kubismu. Dispoziční řešení spočívá zejména v kvalitním zónování, tedy v rozdělení objektu na noční a denní zónu. Konstrukční řešení je založeno na kombinaci kvalitních materiálů, které svými vlastnostmi výrazně přispívají ke splnění požadavků pro nízkoenergetické domy.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to design and project a modern and functional house in the low-energy standard, with help of systematic observation and analysis of facts relating to the issue. The whole process of designing architecturally interesting, functional and modern houses, that meet the low-energy standard, it is very demanding. The aim of this work was the suggest design and construction solution such an object. The most important part of this thesis is the design documentation for building permission, which is dealt with in detail and modern low-energy house, from construction and building physics position, and in position of layout too. The final appearance of the suggested building is significantly involved elements of minimalism and elements of cubism. The layout consists mainly of high-quality zoning, a division of the object in the night and day zone. Construction design is based on a combination of quality materials, whose properties significantly contribute to satisfy the requirements for low-energy houses.
