Sezónní dynamika a distribuce mnohobuněčných parazitů hrouzka obecného (Gobio gobio L.)

Abstract:

Distribuce parazitů na úrovni mikrohabitatu představuje jednu z velmi důležitých charakteristik popisujících průběh parazitární nákazy. Změny ve vnějším prostředí hostitele mohou ovlivňovat společenstva cizopasníků (abundanci, prevalenci, intenzitu infekce a druhové bohatství). Tyto spíše epidemiologické změny v populacích parazitů se mohou promítnout i do distribuce cizopasníků na těle hostitelské ryby. Sezónní dynamika a distribuce mnohobuněčných parazitů hrouzka obecného byla studována v období od ledna 2004 do prosince roku 2005 na modelové lokalitě řeky Vláry (ČR). Při pravidelných měsíčních odběrech bylo odloveno celkem 480 jedinců hrouzka obecného, 20 jedinců v jednom odběru. Nalezeno bylo celkem 14 druhů parazitů (14 838 jedinců), endoparaziti tvořili pouze 0.4% všech cizopasníků. Nejpočetnější skupinou byla třída Monogenea. Největší počet parazitů byl nalezen na ploutvích (60.5%) a žábrách (31.6%). Sezónní dynamika byla sledována u sedmi nejpočetnějších druhů z třídy Monogenea (Gyrodactylus gobii, Gyrodactylus gobiensis, Paradiplozoon homoion, Dactylogyrus cryptomeres, Gyrodactylus vimbi, Gyrodactylus markakulensis a Gyrodactylus gasterostei). Nejvyšší abundance D. cryptomeres byla v obou letech zaznamenána v nejteplejší části roku, paraziti rodu Gyrodactylus byly nejvíce početní v zimě a na jaře. V případě P. homoion nebyly pozorovány žádné výrazné výkyvy v početnosti během roku. Významné rozdíly v abundanci byly pozorovány mezi jednotlivými roky výzkumu. V roce 2005 bylo nalezeno 8 987 parazitů, ale v roce 2004 pouze 5 851. Distribuce na úrovni mikrohabitatu byla studována u šesti druhů žaberních cizopasníků a pěti druhů parazitujících na ploutvích hostitele. Je evidentní, že paraziti třídy Monogenea preferují nejen specifické oblasti žaberního aparátu hostitele, ale také určité ploutve.

Abstract:

Parasite microhabitat distribution represents a very important characteristic describing course of parasite infection. The changes in environment could affect parasites communities (abundance, prevalence, intensity of infection and species richness). On the other hand the epidemiological changes of parasite population are related to their distribution along the body surface of the host fish. Seasonal dynamics and microhabitat distribution of metazoan parasite of gudgeon were studied from January 2004 to December 2005 from Vlara Stream (Czech Republic). A total of 480 specimens of gudgeon were collected monthly; 20 individuals per sample. Altogether 14 parasite species (14838 individuals) were identified. 0.4 % of all parasites represented ectoparasites. The monogenean were the most abundant. The most of parasites were recorded on fins (60.5 %) and gills (31.6 %). Seasonal dynamics was investigated for seven most abundant monogenean species (Gyrodactylus gobii, Gyrodactylus gobiensis, Paradiplozoon homoion, Dactylogyrus cryptomeres, Gyrodactylus vimbi, Gyrodactylus markakulensis and Gyrodactylus gasterostei). The highest value of abundance of D. cryptomeres was observed in the warmest part of the year. Species of genus Gyrodactylus were more common during winter and spring. In case of Paradiplozoon homoion, abundance did not vary significantly during year. Significant difference in abundance of monogenean parasites was observed between studied years. 8987 parasites were recorded in 2005, however only 5851 metazoan parasites in 2004. Microhabitat distribution was studied on six species of gill parasites and on five species parasitising fins. It was evident that the monogeneans prefer specific niches on the gill apparatus and certain fins.
