Jako hlavní cíl této diplomové práce jsem si stanovil zdokumentování stavu LZS v ČR a to i v návaznosti na nově zaváděný předpis JAR OPS-3, popsal jsem detailně funkčnost celého systému LZS a na základě statistických dat nestátních provozovatelů LZS jsem prognosticky stanovil průběh možného rozvoje LZS v letech 2008-2012. In this thesis, I have decided to document the current situation of the helicopter emergency service in the Czech Republic. I have also compared the current situation with the regulation JAR OPS-3 that is being implemented.
