Cílem práce je popsat problematiku kriminality mladistvých pachatelů. Nejprve práce vysvětlí teoretické základy jako základní pojmy, trestní odpovědnost mladistvých. Dále se zaměří na kriminalitu mladistvých, její specifika a příčiny, včetně několika kriminologických teorií o příčinách kriminality. The aim of the work is describe the problems of juvenile crime offenders. First, the work explains the theoretical foundations as the basic concepts of criminality and criminal responsibility of juveniles.
