Polycyklické aromatické uhlovodíky (PAHs) jsou v současné době běžnou součástí životního prostředí. Rostliny mají schopnost PAHs nejen přijímat, translokovat a akumulovat, ale také transformovat. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are currently a common part of the environment. The plants have the ability not only to receive, translocate and accumulate, but also to transform these compounds. The position of plants in the food chain allows the entry of these pollutants to higher trophic levels.
