Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat a analyzovat firemní kulturu společnosti Skanska. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se čtenář seznámí s pojmem kultura a budou mu objasněny její čtyři funkce. Dále se práce zaměřuje na chápání kultury z pohledu různých autorů. The main objective of this work is to describe and analyse the corporate culture of the company Skanska. The work is divided into two chapters.
