Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odklonů v trestním řízení. Práce nejprve definuje pojem odklonu a vymezuje jeho základní funkce. Dále se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé druhy odklonů, které jsou v českém právním řádu upraveny, a to včetně jejich podmínek a právních následků. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of diversions in criminal proceedings. The thesis first defines the concept of diversion and defines its basic functions. Furthermore, the work focuses on individual types of diversions that are regulated in the Czech legal system, including their conditions and legal consequences.
