Analysis of the Potential Entry of Company TON a.s. on the British Market

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá analýzou potenciálu vstupu společnosti TON a.s. na zahraniční trh. Vstup na nové trhy je podmíněn kvalitní a správnou přípravou a samozřejmě je nutné splňovat určité podmínky. Pro úspěšnost je nutné pochopit, že každý trh je individuální a má svá specifika. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy, které se vážou ke vstupu na trh a k analýze vnitřního prostředí podniku. V praktické části se nejdříve tato práce zabývá informacemi o společnosti TON a.s., dále je zde analyzován trh Velké Británie a poté je klasifikována konkurence a zákazníci na daném trhu. Díky SWOT analýze je vyhodnocena společnost TON a.s. V druhé půli projektové části je řešena problematika zakládání pobočky. Na základě zjištěných informací je v závěru stanoveno, zda je pro společnost výhodné založit v této zemi pobočku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the potential entry of the company TON a. s. into the foreign market. Entering new markets is conditioned by quality and proper preparation and of course must meet certain conditions. For success it is important to understand that each market is individual and has its own specifics. The theoretical part defines terms that bind to the entry into the market and to analysis of the internal environment of the company. The practical part of this work firstly deals with the information about the company TON a. s., secondly there is analysed the UK market and then classified competitors and customers in the market. Thanks to SWOT analysis the company TON a. s. is evaluated. In the second half of the project it's dealt with the problem of establishing a branch. Based on the information found is at the end defined, whether it is advantageous for the company to establish a branch in this country.
