Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze cen nemovitostí v České republice. Cílem je najít determinanty ovlivňující cenu bytů a rodinných domů a tyto dva trhy navzájem porovnat. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on analysis of real estate prices in the Czech Republic. The goal is to find out what determines the prices of both flats and houses and compare those two markets.
