Analysis of the traffic accidents of the minor cyclists on Frýdecko-Místecko

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na provozování cyklistiky u dětí do 18 let a právní úpravu, s důrazem na využívání bezpečnostních prvků. Nedílnou součástí je vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako je např. cyklistika, ochranné bezpečnostní prvky, dopravní nehoda, dopravní výchova či dopravní prevence. Dále na toto navazující informace ohledně chování cyklistů výše zmíněné věkové skupiny v silničním provozu, rodinné i školní dopravní výchovy a prevence ve spolupráci s BESIP. V práci jsou rovněž obsaženy údaje o dopravních nehodách nezletilých cyklistů v letech 2010-2014 ve Frýdku-Místku a spádových obcích, s přihlédnutím na zavinění a plnění zákonem dané povinnosti užití cyklistické přilby. Další částí bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení anonymního dotazníkového šetření žáků základních a středních škol se zaměřením na výše uvedené pojmy, se shrnutím zjištěných skutečností.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the cycling children under 18 years of age and the legislation putting the emphasis on using the security safety features. The integral, very important part of this work is the explanation of the basic terms such as the cycling, the protective security safety features, the traffic accident, the traffic education as well as the traffic prevention. Then follow up the information about the behaviour of the cyclists above mentioned group of age in traffic, family and school traffic education and the prevention in the cooperation with BESIP. This work also contains the data about the traffic accidents of the underage cyclists in period 2010-2014 in FM and the surrounding communities considering the fault and the performance of the obligation to use the helmet which is given by law. Another part of this work is the analysis of the unnamed questionnares of the students, pupils of primary and secondary schools with a focus on the above mentioned terms and the summary of the facts.
