Adaptation and adaptation program of new employees in selected company - Makro Cash&Carry spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

Práce je věnována adaptaci a adaptačnímu procesu nových zaměstnanců. Zabývá se činnostmi personálních útvarů i celé organizace směřujícími k úspěšné adaptaci nováčků a procesy, které adaptaci ovlivňují. Praktická část je věnována analýze adaptačního procesu u konkrétní firmy. Výsledky analýzy poskytují zpětnou vazbu od vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců a jsou podkladem na návrh zlepšení adaptačního procesu.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to the adaptation and to the adaptationś process of new employees. It deals with the activities of personal departments and whole organization leading to the successful adaptation of newcomers and processes which influence adaptation. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of adaptation process for a specific company. Results of the analyses provide feedback of selected groups of employees and are the basis for the proposal to improve the adaptation process.
