Analysis of the Competitiveness of the Brewery Zlínský Švec

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti minipivovaru Malenovice - Zlínský Švec. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě provedených analýz navrhnout doporučení ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti pivovaru a podrobit tato doporučení rizikové, nákladové a časové analýze. V teoretické části práce je charakterizován pojem konkurenceschopnost a vysvětleny analýzy, které jsou použity v praktické části. V praktické části je představen pivovar Zlínský Švec a jeho konkurenti, jsou provedeny analýzy SWOT, PEST a Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. Závěrečná část bakalářské práce obsahuje doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti minipivovaru.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the competitivenes of the microbrewery Malenovice - Zlínský Švec. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose recommendations to increase the competitiveness of the brewery on the basis of performed analyzes and subject these recommendations to risk, cost and time analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of competitiveness and explains the analyzes that are used in the practical part. The practical part introduces the Zlínský Švec Brewery and its competitors and SWOT, PEST and Porter's analysis of five competing forces are performed. The final part of the bachelor thesis contains recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the microbrewery.
