Education student with a cochlear implant in a primary school of speech therapy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na integraci dítěte s kochleárním implantátem do ZŠ logopedické. V teoretické části byla popsána základní terminologie sluchového postižení, vývoj řeči a osobnost se sluchovým postižením. Byla objasněna oblast diagnostiky a vývoj dítěte. Další část tvoří popis kochleárního implantátu, jeho využití, stavbu a funkčnost. V třetí části jsou popsána specifika integrovaného vzdělávání žáka se sluchovým postižením, vzdělávání žáka s kochleárním implantátem v základní škole a sociální klima třídy. Výzkumná část se zabývá analýzou jednoho konkrétního případu integrace dítěte do základního vzdělávání. Práce zkoumá vliv integrace na dítě, roli pedagogů a názory rodičů a třídní učitelky. Výzkum je založen na osobním dlouhodobém pozorování tohoto žáka ve vyučovacím procesu. Pro zpracování případové studie bylo využito analýzy osobních, školních i zdravotních dokumentů s doplňujícími informacemi od maminky žáka získané z rozhovoru. Následovalo vyhodnocení pokroku ze všech vyučovacích předmětů včetně chování z období 1. třídy základní školy. Jako doplňující metoda byly provedeny rozhovory s maminkou žáka a třídní učitelkou, učitelkou plavání, vychovatelkou a analýza zprávy z metodické návštěvy Speciálně pedagogického centra.

Abstract:

This thesis was focused integration of a child with a cochlear implant in primary schools of speech therapy. In the theoretical part, described the basic terminology of hearing impairment, speech development and personality with hearing disabilities. She was clarifying the diagnosis and development of the child. Another part is the description of the cochlear implant, its use, construction and functionality. In the third section describes the specifics of the integrated education of pupils with hearing impairment, what is education student with a cochlear implant in primary school climate and social class. The research part is the analysis of a particular case, the integration of the child into primary education. The work examines the impact of integration on the child, the role of teachers and parents' views and classroom teachers. The research is based on personal long-term observation of the student in the teaching process. The case study was based on an analysis of personal, school and medical documents with additional information from the mother of the pupil of an interview. Followed by an evaluation of progress on all subjects , including the behavior of the period 1st grade. As a complementary method were interviewed with her mother and student class teacher, swimming teacher, educator and analysis reports of the methodological visits Special Education Centre.
