Diplomová práce se zabývá činností kontrolního oddělení Živnostenského úřadu Magistrátu města Ostravy. Je zaměřena na objasnění výkonu státní správy pro podnikatelské subjekty a prováděné kontroly ze strany živnostenského úřadu. The diploma thesis deals with the activities of the control department of the Trade Office of the City of Ostrava. It is aimed at clarifying the performance of the state administration for business entities and the inspections carried out by the trade office.
