Abstract:

V diplomové práci je řešena problematika etického podnikání a následná implementace do firemní kultury. Při zpracování tématu jsou shromažďovány a analyzovány dostupné informace o vnitřních procesech v dané organizaci a jejich promítnutí do firemní kultury. Na základě posouzení získaných informací o vybraných problémech, jejich konfrontace s teoretickými podklady, je cílem diplomové práce navrhnout vhodná opatření k případnému zlepšení postupů a způsobů prováděných v organizaci a dále zaměřit se na popis metodologie jednoho zcela konkrétního vnitrofiremního řídícího procesu v podmínkách tuzemského podnikatelského prostředí s přihlédnutím k teoretickým reáliím z etiky, ekonomie, marketingu a marketingové komunikace.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes implementation of ethical business principles into the corporate culture. All available information about the internal processes of an organization and their reflection in the corporate culture are collected and analyzed. These facts are confronted with theoretical known basis. The main target of this thesis is to propose appropriate measures to improve procedures made in organization. The aim is to focus on the description of the methodology of a particular intracompany management process in terms of the domestic business environment taking into fact the realities of theoretical ethics, economics, marketing and marketing communications.
