Práce je zaměřená na postup policejního orgánu při vyšetřování trestných činů proti životnímu prostředí. Ve stručnosti je zde uveden vývoj ochrany životního prostředí skrze trestní zákoník a hrozící tresty. In my bachelor thesis I sum up the process of investigation of the police authority against the environmental crimes. Briefly I focused on the development of the protection of the environment through the criminal law and the threat of penalties.
