Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci pojednáváme o pylu rostliny Nicotiana Tabacum a Nicotiana Rustica. Zkoumali jsme růst pylových láček těchto rostlin v experimentálních podmínkách (vypěstování pylů v médiu v Erlenmayerových baňkách na třepačkách, jako podpora mitochondriálního dýchání) a měřili jsme délku láček po daných časových intervalech. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we deal with the pollen of plants Nicotiana tabacum and Nicotiana Rustica. We investigated the growth of pollen tubes such plants in experimental conditions (pollen grow in a medium in Erlenmeyer flasks on a shake flask as a support of mitochondrial respiration) and measured length of the tubes after given time intervals.
