Diplomová práce je věnována analýze systému odměňování ve vybrané firmě. Autorka nejdříve vysvětluje širší teoretický rámec problematiky odměňování, na jehož základě formuluje vlastní analytický přístup. Použitá metodika zpracování zahrnuje techniku obsahové analýzy kombinovanou s dotazníkovou technikou a technikou semi-standardizovaného interview. The thesis is devoted to an analysis of the remuneration system in the selected company. The author first explains the broader theoretical framework of the issue of remuneration on the basis of which formulates its own analytical approach.
