Public policy towards the NPOs in France

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Veřejná politika vůči neziskovému sektoru“ se zabývá rozborem implementace veřejné politiky, tedy způsobů a nástrojů, kterými stát (vláda) ovlivňuje fungování neziskového sektoru ve vybraných zemích, a srovnává tedy postupy a metody, které využívá veřejná politika Francie a České republiky ve vztahu k neziskovému sektoru. Cílem práce je nejen deskripce, komparace a analýza situací v daných zemích, ale také nalezení možných vzájemných inspirací pro tyto země.

Abstract:

The submitted thesis “Public policy towards the NPOs in France” deals with the analysis of the implementation of public policy, of the methods and the tools which are used by the government of France and the Czech Republic towards their non-profit sectors to influence their functioning. The goal of the thesis is to describe, to compare and to analyze the situation of the chosen countries but alto to find the mutual inspiration for these countries.
