Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza pracovněprávních odpovědnostních vztahů v návaznosti k náhradě škody. V této práci jsem se pokusila rozebrat charakteristiku pojetí odpovědnosti zaměstnance za škodu zaměstnavateli a zaměstnavatele zaměstnanci. Jedná se o rozbor jednotlivých ustanovení týkajících se náhrady škody komentované pomocí dostupné literatury a ilustrované o příklady z praxe. V úvodu je nastíněno …more

This thesis focuses on analysis of labourlaw relations concerning recompensation of damage. I tried to describe the liability for damage caused by employee to employer and vise versa.
