Tato práce se zaměřuje na chatovacího robota pro službu praní a čištění prádla. Nejprve je představen chatovací robot, který vznikl na platformě Facebook Messenger. Tento robot byl použit za účelem získat nové zákazníky a obeznámit se s interakcemi mezi robotem a uživateli. Na základě zkušeností z prvního prototypu vznikl tzv. Abstract:
This work presents a chatbot for laundry and dry cleaning service. At first, a chatbot on Facebook Messenger is introduced. This chatbot was used to acquaint interactions with users and to bring new customers.
