Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního výkonu a možnostmi jeho hodnocení. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první je věnována pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na řízení pracovního výkonu. Třetí kapitola popisuje problematiku hodnocení pracovního výkonu, a to objasněním jeho podstaty a výhod i nevýhod.
