Diplomová práce se zabývá přezkumem vadných rozhodnutí kapitálových společností. Účinná právní úprava rozlišuje mezi dvěma základními následky vadných rozhodnutí s účinky erga omnes, a to relativní neplatností a nicotností. The thesis deals with the review of defective decisions of capital companies. The effective legislation distinguishes between two basic consequences of defective decisions with erga omnes effects, namely relative nullity and nullity.
