Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnaním daňového systému na území Slovenskej a Českej republiky a bližšie určenie spoločných a rozdielnych znakov daní z nehnuteľností na území týchto dvoch krajín. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na tri časti.
