The suggestion of changes in the organized structure and in selected processes of Tech s r.o. company and its expected consequences
Abstract:
Táto práce se věnuje řešení stávajících problémů organizační struktury a dalších důležitých procesů jako např. výroba, řízení zásob a marketing firmy Tech s.r.o. Problémy jsou řešeny především s pomocí stanovení sekvenčních manažerských funkcí. Práce popisuje i předpokládané pozitivní a negativní důsledky navrhovaných změn.
Abstract:
This paper focuses on actually risen problems of organizational structure and other important processes, e.g. production, inventory management or marketing of Tech s r.o. company. Problems are primarily solved by the usage of the basic sequental functions of the manager. Expected positive and negative consequences of suggested changes are also described in this paper.
