Problematika vězeňské služby České republiky - cizinci jako vězněná sociální skupina

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou sociálních skupin v podmínkách výkonu vazby a výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, se zaměřením na vězněné cizí státní příslušníky. Analyzuje motivy, vlivy a důvody migrace do ČR a jejich pobyt ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Dále zkoumá problémy při vytváření programů zacházení a přispívá k identifikaci jejich příčin.
Abstract:
I have chosen a theme which is concerned in questions of social groups that are in conditions of execution of detention and execution of sentence in imprisonment focusing on jailed foreign nationals. It analyes their motives, influences and reasons for migration to the Czech Republic and their staying in imprisonment.
