Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh zařízení na měření permitivity tekutin. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány kapalné izolanty, dále je zde rozebrána problematika základních dielektrických vlastností a popsány můstkové metody určené pro měření kapacity elektroizolačních tekutin. This diploma thesis is focused on the design of the device for measurement of fluid permittivity. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, liquid insulating materials are briefly described, basic dielectric properties are analysed and abdominal methods for measuring the capacity of electrical insulating fluids are covered.
